Your Mission
Ignion seeks an experienced IT Manager to bridge internal technology operations and external vendor delivery across its corporate infrastructure and Oxion platform™. The role requires end-to-end ownership of infrastructure, platform reliability, cybersecurity, and vendor performance. As Ignion scales its SaaS offerings and ERP backbone, this individual will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing systems that support strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure and vendor coordination
- Lead the day-to-day general IT coordination.
- Own the IT asset inventory, service quality, and device lifecycle management.
- Manage internal helpdesk policies, onboarding/offboarding, and license provisioning.
Platform operations (Oxion)
- Oversee the operational integrity and cost efficiency of Oxion’s IT infrastructure.
- Review system alerts, drive root cause analysis, and validate incident resolution with vendors.
- Collaborate with Product and DevOps on deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
Cybersecurity and compliance
- Define and enforce security policies across corporate and cloud environments.
- Lead efforts toward ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR compliance.
- Maintain access control, incident response protocols, and documentation.
Strategic project enablement
- Support the ERP rollout by aligning backend systems and data access layers.
- Map infrastructure requirements into ongoing product and supply chain initiatives.
- Guide IT integration in firmware flashing and device delivery workflows globally.
What You Bring
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of post-degree industry experience.
At least two official certifications, including:
- One in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL v4, Azure/AWS SysOps).
- One in Cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CISSP).
💼 Experience & Skills
- Proven leadership in hybrid IT environments (cloud and on-prem).
- Hands-on with web hosting [JA1] services (IAM, ECS, CloudWatch, S3, GuardDuty).
- Strong background in cybersecurity policy and audits.
- Experience managing outsourced IT or DevOps providers.
- Track record of delivering IT support for ERP or CRM system rollouts.
Desirable
- Familiarity with IoT device lifecycle management and firmware/software update flows.
- Spanish-speaking preferred but with advance fluence in English both speaking and listening.
Soft skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable enforcing policies and driving accountability.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information, ensuring data confidentiality and fostering trust across teams.
