Your Mission
As HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the People Team, managing the full employee lifecycle across Spain, China, and the US, and overseeing Office Management functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a positive, inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
👩💼 Employee Experience & Lifecycle
- Own and continuously improve the entire Employee Journey: attracting top talent, running smooth hiring processes, onboarding, training, performance reviews, internal mobility, contract terminations and exit interviews.
- Foster a strong Employee Experience.
- Conduct work environment surveys, check-ins, and coaching conversations to increase engagement and retention.
- Champion the onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with company vision and values.
📈 Talent & Performance Management
- Design and execute Annual Training Plans in collaboration with managers.
- Support career development initiatives, IDPs, and internal growth through career paths and structured job frameworks.
- Support and coach managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and people development.
🎯 Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Lead international hiring efforts with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, interview strategy, and candidate selection process.
💰 Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Provide C-level and Directors with guidance on Compensation & Benefits packages, ensuring alignment with market standards and internal equity.
- Supervise payroll operations across countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Implement and communicate benefits programs, including sourcing and evaluating providers.
📜 Policies & Compliance
- Maintain legal compliance across Spain, China, and the US by monitoring and applying relevant labor regulations.
- Update HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring clarity and consistency across regions.
- Manage and secure employee records, contracts, and data privacy compliance.
🧭 Leadership & Office Management
- Guide and support Office Manager to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
- Counsel directors and team leaders on conflict resolution, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning.
- Build and maintain trust across teams through discreet handling of sensitive matters.
What You Bring
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Labor Relations.
- Executive education or a Master's degree in HR or Project Management is a strong plus.
💼 Experience & Skills
- 8+ years in HR Management in a fast-paced, multicultural, international environment.
- Proven experience across full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law; knowledge of Chinese or US regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, coaching, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
- Strong project management, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
- Comfortable learning and implementing HR systems and digital tools.
