Your Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media & Analytics is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of Ignion’s paid media initiatives, with a focus on paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, among others), remarketing activities, analytics, and campaign performance monitoring. The role contributes to qualified traffic growth and lead generation initiatives, particularly in the U.S. market, through ongoing campaign management and performance analysis within a B2B technology-driven environment.
The position supports paid media execution, campaign reporting, conversion tracking, and website optimization initiatives, while collaborating with the Content team on messaging alignment, landing page updates, and audience targeting initiatives. This role also contributes to campaign testing and continuous improvement efforts across digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paid media, digital marketing and AI tools, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, remarketing, and other digital advertising channels to drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
Support audience targeting, keyword strategy, bidding, campaign structure optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring to improve campaign efficiency and conversions.
Manage conversion tracking (GTM), campaign tagging (UTMs), and GA4 reporting to ensure accurate performance measurement and actionable insights.
Own digital analytics across dashboards, website behavior, and conversion funnels by analyzing traffic patterns, user behavior, and growth opportunities, while running A/B tests and experiments to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the Content team to improve acquisition performance through SEO/GEO insights, search intent analysis, SERP and regional trend monitoring, landing page optimization, messaging alignment, and recommendations that align paid and organic strategies for U.S. market growth.
Support remarketing and retargeting initiatives across different stages of the marketing funnel.
Prepare campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights for the Marketing team, translating data into clear recommendations and next steps.
High proficiency with AI tools is required, along with staying up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
What You Bring
🎓 Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign optimization roles.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; Spanish is a plus.
Strong Plus:
Additional certifications or specialized training in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), performance marketing platforms, AI tools or coding.
Experience working in B2B, deep-tech, or engineering-driven environments.
💼 Technical Skills
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking (GTM), and campaign performance reporting.
High proficiency with working with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
Understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign and website performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
Basic understanding of SEO principles, proficiency with SEM keyword research, and search intent analysis.
Experience using digital marketing and reporting tools such as Google Ads, GTM, GA4, HubSpot, Semrush, Hotjar, Wordpress and similar platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page performance optimization is a plus.
